Overview

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing warm sales prospects generated through inbound customer enquiries.
  • Ensuring all outbound/inbound calls are dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally
  • Providing accurate quotes, dealing with any queries and providing information on current promotions
  • Proactively making outbound calls and identifying other sales opportunities with customers ensuring that you inform them of the quality service available
  • Handling any issues to a professional standard
  • Inputting data on the system accurately and efficiently

Requirements?:

  • Previous sales experience working within a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal skills and clear communication
  • Confident and firstclass telephone manner
  • Determination to succeed and motivated to achieve
