Description

Responsibilities:

Directing and guiding vehicles and machinery on construction sites or in industrial settings.
Ensuring the safe movement and operation of vehicles and equipment.
Using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to relay instructions to drivers and operators.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials or equipment.
Monitoring the surrounding area for potential hazards and reporting any safety concerns.
Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Banksman or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, operators, and other team members.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused in a fastpaced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform manual tasks.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
