Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from key accounts/customers.
  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues.
  • Offering customers advice and information of products and their purpose.
  • Pricing jobs and producing quotes from bespoke CRM system
  • Process customer enquiries and orders and keep them informed about delivery progress.
  • Make outgoing sales calls to existing customers informing them of product range and new product releases.
  • Nurturing accounts to generate sales leads.
  • Being proactive and making outbound sales calls.
