Helpdesk Operator / Admin Assistant
Belfast

I am delighted to be working with an award winning contractor who due to expansion are seeking for a Helpdesk Operator / Admin Assistant to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis.
Duties
- Assistant in the arranging internal labour to attend calls and projects.
- Receive and log reactive calls from clients.
- Assist with the Purchasing responsibilities.
- Update and track works progress and status
- Assist in arranging access to buildings for works to take place
- Assist in Billing admin including timesheets, subcontractor labour and invoicing
- Other adhoc duties
About you
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft office
