About the Role


This is an exciting time to join the team as we are currently going through a period of transformation on how we deliver content and services both internally and externally.

Part of this involves reviewing, updating, and creating content across the main council website, so it's in line with best practices.

As an Apprentice Digital Content Officer you will play a vital role in improving the website for the residents of Trafford.


About you


You will have good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders by creating and maintaining excellent working relationships.

You will have good organisational skills to manage the varied workload, as well the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

You'll have the ability to work independently using initiative, as well as effectively as part of a team. You'll also be keen to learn, share knowledge and suggest ideas for continual improvement.

You will have an understanding of what makes good content, as well as basic knowledge of a CMS plus the relevant templates and layouts.
