Pertemps Crawley are working on behalf of globally recognised Freight Forwarder who are look for a
Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
Working directly with customers and airlines you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the company whilst ensuring the highest level of service.
The Role- Handle incoming queries regarding shipments
- Negotiating costs with airlines to provide most competitive quote to customers
- Coordinating flights, including connecting flights to provide accurate shipment times.
- Maintaining communication with airlines regarding and delays, cancellations, issues etc.
- Confirming delivery and closing jobs
- Liaising with accounts for payments
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a b2b market.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Logistics experience/interest (desirable but not essential)
- Monday to Friday 09:00 17:30 (1hour break)
