Pertemps Crawley are working on behalf of globally recognised Freight Forwarder who are look for a
Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.

Working directly with customers and airlines you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the company whilst ensuring the highest level of service.

The Role

  • Handle incoming queries regarding shipments
  • Negotiating costs with airlines to provide most competitive quote to customers
  • Coordinating flights, including connecting flights to provide accurate shipment times.
  • Maintaining communication with airlines regarding and delays, cancellations, issues etc.
  • Confirming delivery and closing jobs
  • Liaising with accounts for payments
The Person

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in a b2b market.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Logistics experience/interest (desirable but not essential)
The Package

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 17:30 (1hour break)
- £21,000 - £25,000 DOE
