Morgan McKinley is supporting a fantastic organisation in the heart of Crawley with the new appointment of Senior Credit Controller / Credit Control Team Leader.

This newly created role will strengthen the day-to-day activity within credit control and add huge value working alongside the Credit Manager.


This is a tremendous opportunity for a confident credit controller with exposure to supervisory to take the leap into a team / management level role.


Salary:
up to £40K + Benefits


Location:
Crawley, West Sussex - Office based


Credit Control Team Leader duties:


  • Supporting with managing the cash collection function
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Involvement in projects to include process improvements
  • Debt escalation
  • Manage payment plans
  • Overall administration and operations support, ensuring department is running smoothly
  • Processing new clients and making amendments
  • Allocation of payments

Skills and experience:


  • Proven credit control experience, operating at a senior capacity
  • Management experience is desirable, however not essential
  • Ideally overseeing exposure
  • Good customer management experience
  • Attention to detail
