Description
Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting an Administrator for their highly reputable client based in Holme-On-Spalding-Moor.
This is a permanent position following a successful trial period and will suit an applicant who is looking for a diverse role in a small business where their efforts are noticeable across the business.
Duties
- Supporting the business with administrative duties
- Liaising with clients with exceptional customer service skills
- Communicating regularly with the production team
- Tracking deliveries and orders
- Filing and data entry
- Resolving operational issues
Requirements:
- Selfmotivated, reliable and a strong work ethic with excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work to a high level of accuracy and have good attention to detail
- Transferrable administration skills and ability to communicate professionally with internal and 3rd party contacts
- Experience in a vehicle manufacturing environment or in the motor industry is beneficial
- Flexible and tolerant towards the demands of a fastpaced operation where your support may be required to help other teams
- Experience and knowledge of the automotive/vehicle conversion/servicing industry essential
- Willingness and ability to progress in the role, into sales and invoicing
- Reliability, loyalty and commitment long term to the business
Hours of Work
- 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday
- 8am5pm
Pay & Benefits
- £10.50 per hour (£21,840 per annum)
- Pay reviews based on performance
