Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting an Administrator for their highly reputable client based in Holme-On-Spalding-Moor.


This is a permanent position following a successful trial period and will suit an applicant who is looking for a diverse role in a small business where their efforts are noticeable across the business.


Duties

  • Supporting the business with administrative duties
  • Liaising with clients with exceptional customer service skills
  • Communicating regularly with the production team
  • Tracking deliveries and orders
  • Filing and data entry
  • Resolving operational issues

Requirements:


  • Selfmotivated, reliable and a strong work ethic with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work to a high level of accuracy and have good attention to detail
  • Transferrable administration skills and ability to communicate professionally with internal and 3rd party contacts
  • Experience in a vehicle manufacturing environment or in the motor industry is beneficial
  • Flexible and tolerant towards the demands of a fastpaced operation where your support may be required to help other teams
  • Experience and knowledge of the automotive/vehicle conversion/servicing industry essential
  • Willingness and ability to progress in the role, into sales and invoicing
  • Reliability, loyalty and commitment long term to the business

Hours of Work

  • 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday
  • 8am5pm

Pay & Benefits
- £10.50 per hour (£21,840 per annum)
