The Role - Support Agent - Project Team

Multi-award-winning CES are the UK leader in the booming energy market. Offering eligible home-owners FREE energy solutions - Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps and Insulation.

Not only will you aid in reducing Carbon emission, but you will also support home-owners in reducing their energy bills while keeping them warm this winter.


The Role

Required skills:


  • Possess excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face
  • Be a team player
  • Display the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and readily absorb new information
  • Show excellent attention to detail in tasks and assignments
  • Possess strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate I.T systems
  • Thrive in a fastpaced work environment, embracing challenges and maintaining productivity

What we'll give you in return:

  • £23,500 per annum and a bonus structure of £500 extra a month
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Additional reward of 1 day of annual leave per year of service
