Position Summary

Progress Housing Group are looking for a Housing Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.


As a Housing Officer you will provide the day-to-day management of the Group's supported living schemes in Merseyside (The Wirral), Cheshire, Derbyshire, Northern Ireland and Wales; including establishment and maintenance of links with various outside bodies to include; referral agencies, service commissioners, support agencies and local authorities' housing benefit and Council Tax departments.


You will provide tenancy management services to all tenants and to deal with low level tenancy enforcement issues and liaise with the Community Safety Team to refer more complex tenancy enforcement cases to them.

This is a Fixed Term position for 12 months, working 21.75 hours per week between Monday to Friday. This can be split during the week and will be discussed further at interview.
