a Ironing & Laundry Attendant


Duties:


  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and towels
  • Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
  • Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
  • Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals
  • Assist with inventory management of linens and supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:


  • Previous experience working in commercial laundry setting is preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with operating commercial laundry equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently

Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time


Salary:
£10.45-£10.70 per hour
