We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team in the Early Years department of a local school.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of the updated 2021 EYFS curriculum
Assisting with planning and preparation of lessons
Supporting individual and small group work with children
Supervising and assisting with the children's play and learning activities
Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working with young children in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Childbased experience is essential
A relevant early years qualification is desirable
