Finance and HR Assistant - Part-time - Immediate start

Term time only - 21hours a week, either 3 full day or split over 5 days

Office Angels Staines is currently working with a school in Weybridge who are looking for temporary support until July within their office support team, focusing on Finance and HR.
This is part-time and they are flexible with what hours you work during the week.
A day in the life of your new role;
Finance:
- Purchase Ledger ensuring orders are sent out on time
- Processing invoices
- Organising BACS runs
- School dinner money reconciling invoices, and loading money onto the system
- Sales ledger raising invoices for lettings and managing the lettings calendar
HR:
- Recording absences on SIMS
- Producing monthly reports on absences
- Supporting with any HR Administration
- Supporting withother office admin/reception cover
To be considered for this role:
- You will need to have worked in a finance position before and be happy to support on HR duties
- You will be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- You do not need to have worked in a school before, but experience with SIMs, DMS and Tucasi would be beneficial
