As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to usKey Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create recruitment strategies, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration:
Partner with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Metrics and Reporting:
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting at a senior level.
Strategic Thinker:
Ability to think strategically, contribute to workforce planning, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Team Player:
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Results-Driven:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Salary:
£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
