Swindon Metal Recycling Limited has an excellent opportunity for an experienced full time Finance Assistant. The successful person will join a busy team within a growing and highly successful company.The Finance Assistant main responsibilities for this role include:
- Invoicing
- approvals and processing
- Management and administration of payments
- Statement reviews and bank reconciliation
- Credit control chase payments, manage debtor list and produce weekly aged debtor report and analysis
- Manage and administer invoice tracker
- Liaise with the Sales Manager and Office Manager to prepare weekly Sales and revenue reports
- Inputting data onto the Company Weighsoft system
- Filing
- General Office Duties
