About The Role:
Due to our continued growth within the first quarter of this year, we are expanding our recruitment team.
We have an opportunity for a Recruiter to join our internal Recruitment team based at our Head Office in Leeds, Thorpe Park.
This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of the business, and is pivotal to our future success.
Once training has been completed you will have the option to work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time equally between working in the office and remotely from home.
Hours and Working Pattern:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Paid overtime available at peak times
The role will involve:
- Advertising internal vacancies on job boards, social media platforms and with recruitment partners
- Screening applicants for suitability including Right to Work checks
- Building a positive relationship with internal stakeholders, taking a proactive approach to recruitment needs
- Drawing up and issuing contracts of employment and offer letters
- Adding new employees to the inhouse database and maintaining accurate records
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- A dedicated, positive and proactive approach
- Strong admin skills and computer literate
- Experience work in a fast paced environment The ability to adapt and prioritise on a daily basis
