Business Manager - New York City
Here at Roc Search, we're on the search for a Business Manager to lead our Technology Recruitment team based in the big apple - New York City

Our journey of success over the last 15 years has been exceptional with over 200 staff across 8 offices in 3 countries.

One of our main areas of growth over the next two years is to expand our offering in the US from our already successful platform.

OurNew York team will play a pivotal role at this and we want to identify the right person to lead the office on that journey.

The Role

We have an opportunity for an established Recruitment Leader to become in a fundamental player in building out and contributing to the success of our New York office.

Looking after the unit means you'll be responsible for motivating, managing and mentoringyour team - instilling best practice and helping everyone achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a Business Manager, you'll be a hands on, proactive member of the team, continually contributing to building out our portfolio of clientele and leading from the front.

Ideally with prior experience recruiting in the IT sector and good experience workingin a 360 business.
