Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on approach to conduct risk reporting at Group level, defining requirements for 1LoD and lead for conduct risk reporting in MI working group
  • Lead on development of conduct risk data to support reporting at Group and 1LoD levels, and lead for conduct risk data in MI working group
  • Support in delivery of specialist training to 1LoD risk teams and 2LoD BU Compliance to build capabilities in conduct risk reporting and data
  • General ability to lead/support on broad range of Programme deliverables covering Conduct Risk, including work towards annual review of conduct risk policy

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience within another similar role in Financial Services
  • Strong board level/C-Suite level reporting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
