IT Support Engineer - £40k - Hybrid - Growth Opportunities

Pearson Carter are currently working on an IT support role for a client who work across the Space, Satellite and Insurance industry.

They recently helped create the software for the Artemis space project and work with European Space Agency and NASA.

They are currently in search of an IT Support engineer to assist in providing general IT infrastructure support and 2nd line support.

Responsibilities:

Help with new laptops
File migration to One Drive
Troubleshooting
Level 2 support

Experience:

Experience working in an ITIL driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
Extensive knowledge and experience working with Office 365. Specifically, around Exchange and Sharepoint.
Azure

Salary:

They are offering a range of salaries from £40-45k

Location:

This client is based in Oxford offering 2x a week in the office and 3days at home
