Role and Responsibilities:
Producing quotations and works instructions using our MIS System.
Liaise with other departments and suppliers to ensure a speedy turn around on working progress.
Answering questions about a company's products or services.
Processing orders and transactions.
Delivering information about a company's offers.
Handling customer complaints
Provide high quality service that reflects the company corporate image.
General clerical duties.
Dealing with deliveries.
Ensure a positive first impression when being the first point of contact.
