Customer Service Advisor £20,000 - £22,000 + Package Leicester
Salary:
Up to £20,000
Role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for responding to daily social media engagement (replying to all comments/likes/messages across all channels).
- Organising compensation to be sent to customers
- Reporting on voucher/stock spend across the department
- Liaising with different departments to help solve customer queries eg buying, quality assurance, area managers, etc
- Involved in assisting Marketing team on general admin and everyday needs
- Investigate and raise faulty products
- Investigate and raise accidents/incidents in stores
- Assist/advise stores with customer service decisions
- Providing information on products e.g. price/stock
- Arrange stock allocations from stock team to stores
Skills:
- Flexibility and good time management
- Ability to be creative with ideas/suggestions
- Ability to use initiative
- An excellent grasp on the English language, grammar and skills for copywriting is essential to this role
- Patient, polite and confident when dealing with customers
- Ability to work in fastpaced environment with everchanging priorities and deadlines
- Fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to assist when asked, as well as ability to take initiative and always keep busy
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- An upbeat, cando attitude and positive mindset
- Happy to help, learn and grow
- Live problem solving
Good to have (but not essential):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- An interest in marketing
