Customer Service Advisor £20,000 - £22,000 + Package Leicester

Salary:
Up to £20,000


Role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding to daily social media engagement (replying to all comments/likes/messages across all channels).
  • Organising compensation to be sent to customers
  • Reporting on voucher/stock spend across the department
  • Liaising with different departments to help solve customer queries eg buying, quality assurance, area managers, etc
  • Involved in assisting Marketing team on general admin and everyday needs
  • Investigate and raise faulty products
  • Investigate and raise accidents/incidents in stores
  • Assist/advise stores with customer service decisions
  • Providing information on products e.g. price/stock
  • Arrange stock allocations from stock team to stores

Skills:


  • Flexibility and good time management
  • Ability to be creative with ideas/suggestions
  • Ability to use initiative
  • An excellent grasp on the English language, grammar and skills for copywriting is essential to this role
  • Patient, polite and confident when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment with everchanging priorities and deadlines
  • Fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to assist when asked, as well as ability to take initiative and always keep busy
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • An upbeat, cando attitude and positive mindset
  • Happy to help, learn and grow
  • Live problem solving

Good to have (but not essential):

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • An interest in marketing
