How you will make an impact?
The Packaging Specialist is a pivotal role within the CMO technical team, leading small to large scale projects and liaising with client SME's reflecting the requirements from technical transfer processes.
Responsibilities:
- Client Technical management maintains "point of contact" with the client on technical issues and coordinates any internal responses with the relevant resources.
- Process documentation generation and approval.
- Ensuring the process for products to be manufactured is set up and maintained in accordance with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures and other regulatory agency requirements.
- Involvement in the equipment and process establishment and validation phases on through into routine commercial manufacturing.
- Supporting the implementation of staff training and development programmes to assure proficiency
- Provide training for TraceLink user access
- Support Codesoft label development (Packaging Engineering Support for Line Test and Production)
- Participates in weekly site and distributed team meetings
- Align with all jobrelated safety and other training requirements.
How will you get here?
- Packaging experience essential (with serialization systems desirable)
- Strong analytical skills required to reconcile various reports to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines.
- Ability to empower, communicate and lead cross functional teams to deliver project timelines
- Experience working with databases and XML files.
- Experience functioning within a GMP environment desirable
