Salary £28,000 per year

Basic 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday

23 days holiday pro-rata plus Bank Holidays

Defined Benefit Pension Scheme with c. 18.5% employer contributions (and 3 x salary life cover)

The Opportunity


Due to our ongoing business growth, we have an exciting opportunity to be part of our busy HR team providing generalist HR guidance and support to the management team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working within a team to support the HR Manager and provide guidance and support to the Management team.
  • Supporting the Management team with disciplinary investigations including taking minutes of meetings.
  • Undertaking all recruitment and selection administration, interviewing where required.
  • Supporting the management team with sickness/absence processes.
  • Undertake all administration duties including preparation of contracts of employment, and general HR letters, minute taking, monitoring and responding to all HR queries.
  • Ensure employee records and systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work together with the HR team to continually develop HR policy and practice in line with current employment legislation.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of working at an Advisor level.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and competing priorities
  • Confident approach with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills are essential, with particular knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Schedule:


  • On site working Monday to Friday, working hours between 8am6pm (to be agreed).
