£83 - £95 per day

  • Are you a passionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant, looking for an opportunity to support SEN children and assist in providing the best education for students?_

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you


We are currently recruiting for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Southampton, serving a wonderfully diverse local community.


This role is a fixed term contract with potential to go permanent and the pay rate will be £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience and/or qualifications).


So, what will you be doing?

  • Working both in and out of the classroom on a 1:1 basis
  • Providing support to a child with autism or other SEN
  • Utilising your knowledge and experience of special needs to implement individual learning plans
  • Working within the guidelines of the school's supportive and inclusive ethos
  • Assisting the class teacher in daytoday activities

What do we require?

  • A passion and commitment to providing the best education to the students
  • Previous experience of working with children with autism or other SEN
  • Relevant SEN qualifications are desirable but not essential
