We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Assistant to join our team. This vital role focuses on supporting students engaged in online learning while working in isolation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring these students feel connected, motivated, and well-supported in their academic journey.


We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and learning styles.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with children and young people
  • A positive attitude, strong initiative, and a commitment to teamwork.

Salary:
£22,887.00-£26,582.00 per year
