Description

The client is the UK's largest privately-owned contract hire and fleet management specialist, having served companies with cars and light commercial vehicle fleets since 1981.

This is administration and customer-focused role with the key duties including:

  • Direct customer contact politely and professionally.
  • Using resources available to ensure the correct works are carried out to vehicles, at correct costs.
  • Booking hire vehicles for customers.
  • Processing invoices and filing when required
  • To be conversant and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and where required carrying tasks for the H & S Manager
  • Carry out all processes in accordance with relevant Company's ISO procedures and work instruction
  • To operate in a safe and responsible manner at all times
  • In addition to the responsibilities above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time
