Description
The client is the UK's largest privately-owned contract hire and fleet management specialist, having served companies with cars and light commercial vehicle fleets since 1981.
This is administration and customer-focused role with the key duties including:- Direct customer contact politely and professionally.
- Using resources available to ensure the correct works are carried out to vehicles, at correct costs.
- Booking hire vehicles for customers.
- Processing invoices and filing when required
- To be conversant and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and where required carrying tasks for the H & S Manager
- Carry out all processes in accordance with relevant Company's ISO procedures and work instruction
- To operate in a safe and responsible manner at all times
- In addition to the responsibilities above, the job holder is required to carry out other duties as assigned by the manager from time to time
