Description
We are looking a senior care to join our dedicated care team. You will have responsibility for the daily running of the floor along with the staff team.

You will be responsible for the administration of medication, care plans reviews, dealing with outside professionals such as GP'S, district nurses, care managers and families.

We are looking for a kind, compassionate caring and professional individual.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.00-£10.10 per hour

  • 12 hour shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bishop Auckland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Spinal Injury: 1 year (preferred)
Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
