Description
We are in need of a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to provide support to our communications team.

As a crucial part of our organization, you will play a key role in implementing communication strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and boosting our public image.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients through various face-to-face channels
  • Aid customers with inquiries, requests, and issues in a professional and prompt manner
  • Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the database
  • Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
  • Recommend additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of products to effectively address customer queries
  • Adhere to established procedures for resolving customer issues and escalate when required
  • Ensure customer contentment by attentively addressing their concerns and offering appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer navigation
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is highly advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From £23,877.58 per year
