You will join the Infrastructure Advisory team as part of Performance & Reward (P&R) within HR (Human Resources).

As a Divisional Reward Advisor you will work in a global team who deliver performance and reward advice and process for the Infrastructure functions ensuring adherence to policy, regulatory requirements and benchmarking against wider market practice.

Stakeholders that you work with include colleagues from the Performance & Reward team, Regional and Country level HR and business leaders from the functions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide support to HR Business Partners and senior business stakeholders in delivery of year end process and advice on performance & reward policy and procedures
  • Provide explanation and advice on technical details on equity and deferred compensation plan rules, particularly with reference to year end annual awards
  • Support HR Business Partners in managing the job matching and benchmarking process including liaison with external market data providers
  • Create and maintain internal compensation ranges
  • Consolidate and review global market data and market intelligence to be used to deliver relevant and timely market trend presentations to senior business stakeholders
  • Present performance & reward topics to HR and senior management

Your skills and experience

  • Good working knowledge of performance & reward topics in a global environment
  • Experience of largescale process delivery under pressured deadlines
  • Relationship management, negotiating and consulting skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to draft communications and other documentation
