Description

  • To make outbound calls to customers
  • To ensure customers and the business are kept safe through compliance to all procedural and regulatory legislation as required by SRA
  • Hit personal KPI's
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by way of a friendly telephone manner and active listening

Profile


Previous experience working within a telephone based role is needed, certain regulations need to be abide by so having a professional manner is essential.
