As our Financial Assessment & Systems lead you will play a vital role in improving the Postmaster Onboarding service to the business.

You will take ownership of the existing financial assessment system and review all of the processes as part of the end to end business plan.

You will have the opportunity to deconstruct the existing process and identify areas where efficiencies can be delivered ensuring a leaner process for our incoming Postmasters.


You will have direct line management responsibility for two reports (CRM & Compliance Manager and Financial Assessment Review Manager) that work closely with the wider Postmaster Onboarding and Retail teams in providing data and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Commercial acumen gained through significant experience in a commercial finance environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively summarise and interpret data to senior non finance business leaders
  • Experience working with a relevant financial assessment system/model
  • Experience in a management role
  • Relevant finance qualifications
