Description
Duties:
- Maintain office files and records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Keep track of plant, fixings, and materials on site
- Order all fixings and liaise with our foreman on projects ensuring they have all fixings required
- Provide support to office staff in various tasks and projects.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Ensure the office is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- There are no specific qualifications required for this role, but the person must have knowledge on how to use Excel.
- We would also require the person to be confident on the phone when communicating with clients, suppliers etc.

From £15,000.00 per year
