Description

Duties:


  • Maintain office files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Keep track of plant, fixings, and materials on site
  • Order all fixings and liaise with our foreman on projects ensuring they have all fixings required
  • Provide support to office staff in various tasks and projects.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure the office is clean and organized.

Qualifications:

  • There are no specific qualifications required for this role, but the person must have knowledge on how to use Excel.
  • We would also require the person to be confident on the phone when communicating with clients, suppliers etc.

Salary:
From £15,000.00 per year
