Description
An opportunity has arisen for SRS Partnership to recruit aDepartment Administrator at our clients facility in South Ayrshire.
Reporting to the Department Manager, the purpose of the Department Admin is to ensure the smooth delivery of all department administration and supporting the team through other duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing various reports
- Processing Sales Invoices/Credits
- Managing all Compliance
- Inputting Of Valuations To the company database
- Reconciliation And Processing Of Transport
- Dealing With Purchase Invoice Queries
- Preparation Of Self Billing Invoices
- Processing Measured Loads
- Purchase Orders
Skills/Experience Required
- Strong IT skills
- Comfortable dealing with large volumes of numerical data
- Advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
- Qualification in Business Administration would be advantageous
This is very much a numbers role and we need someone who is proficient in this area who has good attention to detail._
