Skanska are seeking to hire a full time Construction Supervisor to be based on a long term Facilities Management contract in Northwood, Middlesex.

As this is site based you must be able to get to the base for 8am starts each day.
This key post will see you play a pivotal role within the Projects & Lifecycle department and be responsible for facilitating the implementation of construction aspects of projects, to ensure successful delivery; working closely with the construction and project managers

*You'll: - Oversee the successful and safe delivery of project and lifecycle packages.

Ensure all our works meet Skanska and client values.
Manage, control, and liaise with the work trade contractors.
Solve site problems when they occur, providing feedback to Construction / Project Managers on any defects or defaults found and put forward any innovative ideas to alter current methodology.
Ensure good communications within the project team and all stakeholders.
Assist in understanding the design and report to construction / project manager and design team any design anomalies.

*We are looking for: - Previous experience of commercial office fit out works / civil engineering contracts / facilities construction projects.

Previous experience for a tier 1 main contractor.
Experience of multi trade contractors, putting them to work.
Construction related qualification to HNC level or above.
Able to gain SC up to DV level hence you must have resided in the UK for the past 10 years to be eligible for this very strict, high level SC
