Duties and responsibilities

Have a clear understanding of company policies
Maintain the Health and Safety, hygiene and security standards of a clean, modern warehouse
Motivate and organise a diverse workforce and permanent employees through effective team task in order to drive productivity and efficiency
Confidently manage people processes
Oversee the training of new starters
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
Intake deliveries
Conducting and overseeing stock takes
