Head Of Digital Infrastructure (NHS role)
4 days per week on site in Croydon / 1 day per week work from Home

4 months durations (may be longer)


Remuneration -
£34.68/hr + 25 days per year pro rata holiday pay (£4.75/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer's NI (£4.73) ==>
£44.

Skills/Experience:
servers, networks, data centres, telecoms, team mgmt., contracts and budget mgmt.

In this role you will be responsible for the line management of the IT infrastructure team, including:

  • the Senior Telecoms Engineer and team
- the Server and Security team
- the Networks team
- the SQL DBA

You will be responsible for all aspects of the Trust's IT infrastructure, including:

  • Networks and their management
  • Servers and their management
  • Data centres and their management
  • UPSs and their management
  • Telephone systems and their management


Be responsible for department's budget, spend and monitoring, and improve the effectiveness, cost efficiency and economy of all areas of responsibility, accountable to the Deputy Director of Digital Services.

NHSP is owned by the department for Health to provide interim recruitment solutions to the NHS


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£34.68-£40.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Croydon, CR7 7YE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
