Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a company based in Billingham on the appointment of an Accounts Assistant.
The finance role focuses on Sales Contracts and Invoicing, Credit Control Details of accountabilities below:Sales Ledger
Raising invoices in SAP and sending to customers
Cash collection / credit control / cash forecasting of customer receipts
Dealing with customer invoice queries
Month End
Reconciliation of Gross sales and net sales at month end
Send costs for recharge at month end and calculation of prepayment
Working with Programme Managers for an efficient month end
Ad Hoc / Other responsibilities
Continuously improve working processes with positive suggestions for change
Maintain and regularly review and update finance procedures documentation applicable to the role
Involvement with specific Sap testing for any system changes
Participate in projects, as required, on a range of Finance deliverables
Any other duties commensurate with the role.
Skills:
AAT Qualified/Part Qualified
Requires excellent excel skills
SAP experience desirable
Excellent communication skills (able to build relationships with at all levels - both internally and external)
Able to build up knowledge of customers and payment terms.
