Customer Marketing Manager


If you have marketing manager experience and you're seeking a new job in Rugby, Culture Recruitment has a great opportunity for you.

We are helping a manufacturing company find a Customer Marketing Manager, and the role comes with a salary of up to £50kpa and an excellent benefits package.


As a flexible Customer Marketing Manager, you will provide comprehensive customer, channel and segmentation insight to the Sales and Marketing Teams.

You will also create a robust 'go to market' strategy for targeted product and customer bases.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to tackle in your first few weeks:

  • Deliver robust and insightful market sizing and market mapping and identification of specific industry channels
  • Define and deliver Route to Market / Go to Market for the product portfolio
  • Build and deliver Customer Value Proposition for key strategic customer type
  • Build marketing strategy for the chosen customer types and create relevant content for sales pitches
  • Experience in the industrial electrical/automation and technical products industries
  • Knowledge of multichannel marketing and customer and marketing segment management
  • Demonstrable experience of analytics and reporting
  • A degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business, with a CIM qualification.


In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary between £43k - £50k and a favourable benefits package.
