As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will be responsible for the protection of the company's assets, which are the people, the environment, the product, and the brand.

As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you

Help keep the site safe and secure, maintaining the site security systems to protect the associates and the company's assets.
Audit site procedures in line with our corporate audit to provide the wider business a detail view of the site's performance.
Work alongside Business Partners to reduce loss within the Processing Centre and stores.
Investigate crime and criminality within the supply chain including the processing centre
Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels both with customers and colleagues and respond to issues quickly, positively and with integrity in a fast paced and changing environment.
Drive your own development through our Cultural Factors and Leadership Competencies
Support the Health and Safety agenda on site and highlight potential issues.

Work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern including nights
