This role is office based
Are you an experienced HR advisor? Are you passionate having happy employees?

Working as part of the Central team, this is a stand alone role and you will be responsible for delivering HR and Health and Safety advice and guidance to the Company.

You will be working closely with the Head of Administration and Internal Recruiter toensure successful delivery of the HR and recruitment strategy.

You will be a proactive, driven individual who has a passion for HR and a desire to work alongside line managers in supporting them to ensure employee happiness is at the forefront.

The role

You will be responsible for the all aspects of HR, including and not restricted to:

Supporting line managers in all people activities including performance management, employee relations, wellbeing, employment termination etc
Providing advice on HR policies and processes and interpreting HR law
Being the main point of contact for a wide range of issues from both line managers and employees
Managing and developing the relationship with our external health and safety provider
Supporting compensation and benefits activities
All HR administration including updating the HR system
HR projects

What we need from you

A HR related qualification, ideally CIPD
Prior HR Advisor experience, preferably in a stand alone role
Strong experience in employee relations and support line managers with guidance and advice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to build successful relationships with key stakeholders
Sound employment law knowledge
