Description

Braefield Court is a purpose built service for 7 individuals with a learning disability and behaviours of concern.
Required to assist in the co-ordination and organisation of all all social and recreational activity.

To plan, implement and evaluate social activities across the home in order to improve mental and emotional well-being and quality of life of residents.

Braefield Court has an activity lead who the assistant will work alongside, both reporting to the Intensive Support Lead within the home.
