JN Bentley is offering the opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Liaison Administrator in the North East/Durham area.

You will be required to work from the clients co-located office in Pity Me, Durham as well as other site locations within the region.

You will gain valuable experience and develop key skills that will help you to pursue a career in the Administration all within a Customer Focussed Environment.

At JN Bentley we are handson from day one; with a dedicated buddy to support your development throughout the course, you'll have the opportunity to work with business professionals in the office and on construction sites where you will develop key skills in Business Administration.
You will be able to show strong interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. Equally, you will be able to work effectively as part of a larger team, in a multisite environment.
You will report directly to the Customer Liaison Officer and work closely with a wider team, including Managers and colleagues to provide day to day support and guidance to your colleagues.
What you will do:
Support in customer related tasks
Facilitate & support in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) & Community events
Managing diaries, plan appointments and customer events
Support a culture of continuous improvement e.g...further education & development
Manage and update relationship with both our clients, framework partners and customers
Act as an ambassador for JN Bentley
Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification
Full UK drivers licence
Desired but not required
Ability to communicate at all levels of the company and externally with suppliers
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Selfmotivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
An elevated level of IT literacy, including MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
A high regard for discretion and confidentiality.
