The Role:

  • To monitor and manage the reception inbox
  • Welcoming visitors into the reception area in a polite and professional manner
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Managing meeting rooms and catering requirements when necessary
  • Must be confident, polite and professional
  • Have a 'can do' attitude
  • Experience working within a similar role would be advantageous
  • Excellent Microsoft office skill
  • Experience using Outlook
