About Personal Best Education:

Personal Best Education is a dynamic organisation committed to empowering young people through the National Citizen Service (NCS) program. We have been providing expert educational, sports and leisure services to the public since 2012.

Our aims are to give individuals of all age-groups and backgrounds the opportunity to achieve the best they can and make a positive impact on themselves and their community.

The primary focus of our services is to educate and upskill the next generation and improve the physical and mental well-being of all ages.

Our desire is to give everyone the opportunity to achieve their personal best whatever their age, background or circumstances.

The NCS programme sees 16 and 17 year olds meeting other young people from their area, over a four-week period, learning new skills and developing their own social action project alongside local businesses and charities to make a difference to their community.

Over 1,200 young people from Hampshire completed the life-changing NCS programme in 2016.

Through the NCS programme, Personal Best Education (Mountbatten School Services Ltd) enables participants to develop the skills and attitudes they need to become more engaged with their communities and grow into active and responsible citizens.
