_What is the purpose of this job?_


To deliver excellence in customer service and hospitality to our onboard passengers ensuring that they have the very best journey experience with Avanti West Coast.


_What Skills do I need?_

  • The ability to provide a consistently high level of performance and Customer Service.
  • Good level of product and service knowledge
  • Attention to detail and ability to solve problems
  • Positive and proactive
  • Great communication skills
