Impact Futures are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice on behalf of 'In Memory Of Life'
In Memory Of Life is an innovative and fast-growing start-up using digital solutions to transform how families are able to plan and organise a funeral or celebration of life.
We successfully challenge the traditional model by bringing together a wide range of services into a single easy to use platform, supporting families to access the right services, in their own time and at a reasonable price.
About the role:
To provide comprehensive support to the office where necessary through ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard thus contributing to the smooth running of the office and it's effectiveness.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Answering phone lines
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with multiple suppliers, recording information and assisting the Operations and Events Team with incoming tasks.
As we are a predominantly online company, you will need to be comfortable learning all programs and software's that we use.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday : 37.5 Hours per week.
Weekly Wage:
£288.46

Skills Required:
- High levels of organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to learn quickly with good problemsolving skills
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent and wellstructured written communication
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Qualifications required:
- A strong educational background is required.
- Above C grades in Maths and English at GCSE.
- ICT skills also required.
Desired Personal Qualities:
- High emotional intelligence and compassionate manner
- Happy to work as part of a team but also individually
- Flexible and keen to undertake varied responsibilities (essential in the startup environment)
- Good attention to detail.

About the Training:
