Join us as a Marketing Lead for the Branch Channel

What you'll do:


This role will see you representing brand and marketing in key stakeholder discussions to make sure the current, and future, in branch experience brings to life our brand standards, while positioning them in the most efficient, effective and motivating way.


You'll be developing relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function and with the wider retail franchise teams, as well as developing experience and communications strategies that support the priorities of the business and customers.


As well as this, you'll be:

  • Understanding the bank, franchise and brand priorities, in order to turn them into strategies and measurable goals
  • Developing and enhancing processes to ensure consistency of standards and compliance across the branch networks
  • Working across Marketing to leverage the use of the branch channel
  • Putting measurement and feedback systems in place to make sure we can measure the impact of work
  • Delivering against the communications and marketing brief, at all stages of the campaign
  • Working with our strategic partners to make sure our experience in branch reflects required standards and best practices

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for someone with strong experience of bringing brand experience to life in a physical space.

Along with great networking and influencing skills, you'll need a proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and work collaboratively on enhancing complex processes to make sure compliance and brand standards are met.


You'll also need:

  • Experience of developing and executing brand experience strategies in a physical space
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • A high level of drive and a personal commitment to success
  • Experience of contributing to business discussions that drive decisions
