Wild Recruitment are working with a global client, who have their UK Head office in Fareham (Whiteley), to find engaging and driven people to join them in their customer service team and internal support teams.

You'll join them as a
IT Helpdesk Advisorsupporting their UK and European clients. You'll be given full training.


The client is a leading employer in the UK offering a heap of benefits to their employees - including earning 10% of your salary per 3 months and end of year bonus as well.


The role will include:


  • Answering service requests via phone, chat and web portal.
  • Provide excellent customer service to their partners onsite across UK and Europe
  • Managing daily requests and queries
  • Troubleshooting to help with any issues
