Hales Group are seeking a Resourcer to work as part of our team in our Thetford branch.

This role is a fundamental part of the recruirtment team, assisting all members in the day to day running of recruitment.

Duties will include:

Completing pre screening and full registration interviews via telephone/ Zoom and face to face
Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant to Hales Group standards and industry legislation
Supporting the Consultants with any administration tasks such as data entry onto our CRM software, RDB
Writing, creating and posting job adverts on recruitment job boards and social media
