Part Time Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inputting and matching sales and purchase ledgers
- Dealing with bank receipts and statements and conducting bank reconciliations
- Chasing any outstanding debts and working as a team in relation to the credit control
- VAT returns
- Set up new customer and supplier accounts in Sage
- Dealing with expenses and allocating petty cash
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Contribute towards month end tasks
- Reception tasks including answering the phone and ordering products for the office
Hours:
25 hours a week
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar accountancy role
- Knowledge of Sage accountancy packages
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently
- Experienced on Excel
